          1.    CANCELLATION POLICY: 
                 We reserve the right to charge the equivalent of one nights tariff if cancellation not received at least 48
                  hours prior to check in. Deposits refunded at the discretion of Acorn Estate Motel.

          2.    Check in available from 1.00pm on day of arrival  
                 Check-out time is 10.00am on day of departure. Early or late check-out time by prior arrangement only

          3.    Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on day of departure (if not already done so)

          4.    No visitors are allowed in units after 10.00pm
                 Any damage to the unit or property may be charged
                 Any loss of income resultant of the above may be charged if applicable

          5.    All units are totally SMOKEFREE
                 Ashtrays and seating are provided outside each unit
                 If you do smoke within a unit then you may be charged for appropriate cleaning and loss of income

          6.    HOST ACCOMMODATION GROUP
                 This motel is a member of the Host Accommodation Group - a nationwide network of independently
                 owned hotels, motels and holiday parks
                 Benefits include 12th night free
